CaniSense Return and Refund Policy
This Return and Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which a refund may be issued for services booked through CaniSense.

Refunds apply only to the unused portion of a prepaid package. Sessions already completed are not refundable.
3. Pro-Rata Adjustment
If a refund is requested after the first appointment, the cost of that session will be recalculated at a standard rate of €110, regardless of the original package price. The remaining balance will be refunded accordingly.

No explanation is required to request a refund within the valid period. However, I always welcome feedback.

Once your request is validated, I will process the refund within 14 business days, using the original payment method or by bank transfer. Only the unused portion, adjusted as described above, will be refunded. No administrative fees apply.
