Return and Refund Policy

CaniSense Return and Refund Policy

This Return and Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which a refund may be issued for services booked through CaniSense.


1. Terms of Return
You may request a refund under the following conditions:

  • Within 14 calendar days of purchase, regardless of whether the first appointment has taken place.
    After 14 days, a refund is still possible only if no appointment has taken place at the time of your request.
    If the first appointment has taken place, you may still request a refund within 5 calendar days of that session.
    After these deadlines, no refunds can be issued. 

2. State of Return
Refunds apply only to the unused portion of a prepaid package. Sessions already completed are not refundable.

3. Pro-Rata Adjustment
If a refund is requested after the first appointment, the cost of that session will be recalculated at a standard rate of €110, regardless of the original package price. The remaining balance will be refunded accordingly.

4. Reason for Return
No explanation is required to request a refund within the valid period. However, I always welcome feedback.

5. Process for Return
To request a refund, please email info@canisense.com. Include:

  • Your full name 
  • Your dog’s name 
  • Date of purchase 
  • (If applicable) Date of the first appointment 
  • (Optional) A short note if you wish to share feedback 

6. Process of Refund
Once your request is validated, I will process the refund within 14 business days, using the original payment method or by bank transfer. Only the unused portion, adjusted as described above, will be refunded. No administrative fees apply.
